How Verity Works
- Verity analyzes text or audio (including audio from videos) using LLMs grounded in verified, fact-checked content.
- When no verified content is available for a claim, an AI agent will scan the internet with a critical eye, selecting only legitimate sources.
- The LLM AI doesn’t just label things true/false, but attempts to provide the user with context, nuance, potential perspectives, and a sense of reliability.
- You can do the “Share” action from common social media apps such as reddit and twitter, for quick and easy understanding of the context around a social media comment. Fighting misinformation has never been so easy!
- Upcoming features include additional social media sharing support, such as tiktok and bluesky.
Privacy Policy
Outside of a simple email login for security purposes and the time of your query, Verity itself preserves absolutely none of your information. While upstream cloud service providers may be queried for content related to your questions, your identity is completely hidden and never revealed. The content you share with the app will be obscured for most processing. In an era of endless tracking and data leaks, Verity respects your privacy. If you’d like to know more, see our full privacy policy.
Support
If you have any burning features you would love to see in the app, you can reach out to the support email. Similarly, because we do not track any of your data, we will be dependent on you all to report any bugs or analyses you would like to see fixed.
